Galaxy on the road

Every season our teams travel — to play, and to win. In 2025/26 alone we competed in Switzerland, Italy, Serbia, Turkey, Hong Kong and Kyrgyzstan, bringing the gold home from the President's Cup in Bishkek and from Hong Kong. The plan: Galaxy Cup editions on every continent.

Bringing a team to Dubai — the basics.

Can my team play a hockey tournament in Dubai?

Yes. Galaxy hosts the Galaxy Cup — monthly international tournaments with brackets for kids, amateurs and pros. Teams from any country are welcome. Register your team here or message us on WhatsApp.

When is the Galaxy Cup?

Monthly in Dubai, year-round. The series' future home — the GLXY Sport Hub at Al Nasr Leisureland: an NHL-size main arena plus a training rink, the UAE's first professional dual-ice facility — opens in 2026. Editions are also held abroad through the season.

What levels and ages can play?

Three tiers: youth (roughly U8–U16), adult amateur (beer-league friendly), and pro/veteran. We'll slot your team into the right bracket so every game is competitive.

We're travelling — can Galaxy help with logistics?

Yes. We arrange NHL-size ice slots, transport, hotels, coaches, video review, rental gear and team meals. Fly in; we handle the rest.

Where can I watch?

Galaxy Cup and Galaxy Hockey League finals are live-streamed free on our YouTube channel. In-person games in Mirdif are free to watch.

For visiting clubs

Bring your team to the desert.

Run a winter training camp in Dubai while your home rink is closed for summer renovations. Or fly in for a Galaxy Cup at our new home, the GLXY Sport Hub. We'll handle ice slots, transport, hotels, coaches, video review, NHL-size ice time and team meals. International teams from any country welcome.
