Age-based youth groups from U6 to U18, building skating, stickhandling and game sense from the ground up — beginners welcome.
Practices led by pro coaches for adults of every level, from seasoned competitors to first-timers, plus weekly pick-up games.
Four pro-led mornings a week (Tue–Fri, 09:00–10:15): skating technique, puck & stick control and complete hockey skills. All ages and levels.
New to the ice? Build balance, edges and confidence first, then move into hockey-specific lessons with the same coaches.
Galaxy is built around two indoor sheets of ice at Sport Society in Mirdif. Younger groups develop on the training rink before stepping up to the full-size main arena alongside our junior and adult classes.
Full-size ice for U12–U18 and adult classes, league play and competitive lessons.
Smaller sheet for our youngest groups — U6, U8 and U10 — to learn safely.

From a child's first time on the ice to adults stepping into hockey for the first time — there's a class for you. Our youth groups have grown into Junior Hockey League champions, with U9 and U12 golds and U18 bronze for the young Warriors.
On-ice lessons run at Sport Society (Mirdif) and Sharjah, with off-ice conditioning at Kite Beach. Junior groups U9/U12 and U16/U18 train at staggered times; adult sessions and pick-up games run through the week.
